Rules

All attendees at any meeting of the Manchester Inventors Group must register their attendance at every meeting by signing and writing their full name and their business or company's name (if applicable) before any such meeting on the register provided.

All members (whether attending at any meeting or otherwise) acknowledge that any information in whatever format and howsoever received at or subsequent to any meeting of the Manchester Inventors Group including (but not limited to) the minutes of any meeting shall be confidential and shall treat any such information as confidential.

All members accept that failure to comply with Regulation 1 above may mean that they are excluded from attending that meeting and subsequent meetings until such time as compliance with that rule is complete.

Any breach of Regulation 2 above may result in exclusion from the Manchester Inventors Group in addition to any legal liability that may arise for the person in default.

Regulations 3 and 4 above shall apply to a company where the breach is committed by one of its employees or officers.

These Regulations may be amended from time to time at the discretion of the Manchester Inventors Group's committee
